2. Scope of Services
Coderstreak IT Solutions provides a wide range of IT, software, and digital services, including but not limited to:
- Custom Software Development
- Full Stack, Frontend & Backend Development
- CRM & ERP Development
- Web & Mobile App Development
- UI/UX Design
- Cloud Hosting & Domain Services
- Website Maintenance & Support
- Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, PPC, Email Marketing)
- IT Consultation and System Integration
Each service may have its own specific terms, timelines, and deliverables outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
4. Project Engagement and Deliverables
- Projects commence after receiving the agreed initial payment and written confirmation of the project scope.
- Deliverables, timelines, and milestones will be clearly defined in the project proposal or contract.
- Any additional features, revisions, or change requests after project approval may result in extra charges and adjusted deadlines.
5. Payments and Billing
- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% upon completion).
- Coderstreak IT Solutions accepts payments via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, or other approved methods.
- Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest or project suspension until payment is received.
- All invoices must be cleared before the final delivery or website launch.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Refunds are not applicable once work has begun, except in cases of non-delivery by Coderstreak IT Solutions.
- Project cancellations requested by the client after initiation will result in payment for the work completed up to that point.
- Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
- Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final project files, software code, and deliverables unless stated otherwise in the agreement.
- Coderstreak retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio, marketing, or case study purposes unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
- All third-party materials, stock images, or plugins remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding project details, proprietary data, and communication exchanged during and after the project.
9. Hosting, Domain & Maintenance
- Coderstreak offers hosting and domain registration services through trusted global providers.
- The client is responsible for renewal fees and domain ownership unless otherwise managed by Coderstreak under a service plan.
- Maintenance plans include updates, backups, and minor bug fixes as per the selected package.
- Coderstreak is not liable for downtime, data loss, or external hosting issues beyond its control.
10. Warranties & Limitations
- Coderstreak ensures that all services are delivered with professional care and industry-standard practices.
- However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor are we liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
- Support is provided according to the selected plan or agreement (e.g., standard, extended, or premium).
11. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project information, content, and approvals on time.
- Respect payment schedules and communication timelines.
- Ensure that submitted materials (text, images, data) do not violate copyright or law.
12. Revisions and Support
- Most packages include a limited number of free revisions as stated in the contract.
- Additional revisions beyond that limit will be charged separately.
- Post-project support is available under a maintenance or retainer plan.
13. Data Privacy
We comply with international data protection regulations. Client and user data are handled securely and never shared with third parties without consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
14. Third-Party Integrations
Coderstreak may integrate APIs, payment gateways, or external services as requested.
We are not responsible for downtime, bugs, or changes in third-party APIs or platforms.
15. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Coderstreak IT Solutions or its affiliates be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or data.
- Delays caused by client inaction, third-party vendors, or technical issues.
- Force majeure events including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or government actions.
16. Termination
Coderstreak reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
- Breach of terms
- Non-payment
- Misuse or illegal activity involving our platforms
Upon termination, outstanding invoices must be settled immediately.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and, where applicable, the United Kingdom for international clients.
18. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be first attempted to be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be referred to arbitration or mediation under applicable local or international law.
19. Modifications
Coderstreak IT Solutions may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official websites. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
