1. Payment Terms

  1. Quotation & Invoicing

  • All projects begin with a formal quotation and written approval from the client.
  • Once approved, an official invoice will be issued by CoderStreak.
  • Advance Payment
  • A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • The remaining 50% balance is payable upon project completion, prior to delivery or deployment.
  1. Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via:
  • Bank Transfer (details shared upon invoice)
  • Stripe / Wise (international clients)
  • Local bank deposits (for Pakistan-based clients)
  1. Late Payments

  • Payments delayed beyond 7 days of invoice due date may incur a 1.5% late fee per week.
  • CoderStreak reserves the right to suspend or terminate ongoing services for overdue accounts.
  1. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if CoderStreak fails to deliver within agreed terms and after reasonable rectification attempts.
  • Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
  • Change of mind or project cancellation by client.
  • Delays caused by client’s unresponsiveness, content delays, or scope changes.
  • Completed work or delivered milestones.
  • Domain, hosting, third-party software, or license purchases.
  • In exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payment or non-delivery by CoderStreak), partial refunds may be reviewed solely at management’s discretion.

1. Scope of Work

  • The project will be executed as per the approved proposal, quotation, or SOW (Scope of Work).
  • Any additional features or modules requested after scope approval will be treated as Change Requests and billed separately.

2. Timeline & Client Responsibilities

  • Timelines depend on client’s timely feedback, content, and approvals.
  • Delays from client side will automatically extend project deadlines.
  • CoderStreak is not liable for delays caused by third parties (hosting, domain providers, etc.).

3. Revisions & Modifications

  • Projects include a specific number of revisions (as mentioned in the quotation).
  • Additional revisions or redesigns beyond the agreed limit will be charged separately.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, all design and development rights are transferred to the client.
  • CoderStreak retains the right to showcase the project in its portfolio or case studies.

5. Maintenance & Support

  • Free maintenance is offered for 7–30 days post-delivery (depending on the package).
  • Ongoing maintenance or AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) is available at additional cost.

6. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all shared project data, credentials, and materials.

7. Termination Clause

  • If the client fails to make payment or breaches agreement terms, CoderStreak reserves the right to:
  • Suspend work,
  • Withhold files or access,
  • Or terminate the project entirely.

8. Liability

  • CoderStreak will ensure all work meets professional standards; however, it is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or misuse of delivered products.

By making a payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Payment, Refund, and Project Terms listed above.
