At Coderstreak , we strive to ensure complete client satisfaction with every project and service we deliver. Since our work involves custom digital solutions (such as software, websites, and IT systems), refunds are handled carefully and fairly under the following terms:
1. Non-Tangible Services
All services provided by Coderstreak IT Solutions (including software development, web design, and IT consulting) are non-returnable due to their digital and customized nature.
2. Refund Eligibility
A partial or full refund may be considered only in the following cases:
- The project has not yet started and no resources or time have been allocated.
- Coderstreak IT Solutions is unable to deliver the agreed scope of work due to internal reasons.
- A written cancellation request is submitted within 5 working days of project initiation and before any major deliverables are completed.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds are not applicable in the following situations:
- Delays caused by client inaction, late feedback, or failure to provide required information.
- Change of mind or project direction after work has commenced.
- When the project or service has been substantially delivered or completed as per agreement.
- For domain registration, hosting, third-party tools, or licenses purchased on the client’s behalf.
4. Quality Assurance
Coderstreak ensures all deliverables meet the discussed requirements and undergo thorough quality checks. In case of issues, our team provides revisions, fixes, or replacements before considering any refund request.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days using the same payment method used for the transaction.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any refund or project-related dispute will be resolved amicably through communication. If unresolved, it shall be governed by applicable business laws in Pakistan and the United Kingdom, depending on client jurisdiction.
