At Coderstreak  all our services are digital and remotely delivered, meaning no physical shipping is required. Our service delivery process ensures transparency, timely execution, and quality at every stage.

1. Service Nature

Coderstreak provides IT, software development, web design, digital marketing, and technical support services. All deliverables (such as software files, reports, and designs) are sent electronically via email, secure links, or project management platforms (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Google Drive).

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Project timelines are clearly defined in the quotation or agreement before the project begins.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on project complexity, client responsiveness, and scope changes.
  • Any delay from the client (such as late approvals or missing content) may extend the delivery schedule.

3. Communication & Updates

Clients receive regular progress updates via email, WhatsApp, or project dashboards.
Milestone completions and deliverables are shared for approval before proceeding to the next phase.

4. Delivery Confirmation

Once the final deliverables are submitted, the project is considered “delivered” upon client approval or after 5 business days without dispute or feedback.
Final source files and credentials are shared only after full payment has been received.

5. Revisions & Adjustments

Post-delivery revisions (if included) will follow the terms stated in the proposal or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.

6. Non-Delivery Clause

In rare cases where Coderstreak IT Solutions cannot deliver a project due to internal or unforeseen circumstances, the client will be notified promptly, and a refund or rescheduling will be arranged in accordance with our Refund Policy.
